Jacksonville CERT - Jacksonville Oregon - Earthquake Exercise

This exercise was a great equalizer. Every team member could offer contributions, be heard, seek clarification, etc. Such a training exercise was a great opportunity (excuse) to have structured time together without interruption, working toward a common understanding. Best part was that you posed issues that might never have been discussed otherwise (childcare and dialysis) and yet they were highly relevant to the extent that we all could imagine being faced with similar situations. I suspect we'll be seeing you on many "last Saturday" exercises in the future. Thank you for expert design and implementation of the program. I happily predict we'll benefit collectively and individually with every future exercise just as we did today.
