Before 2009 comes to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to extend sincere thanks for all your hard work on Franklin County's behalf this year.

Your continuing efforts crafting our Local Mitigation Strategy and our Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans have been focused, organized and presented in a format all of our county agencies appreciate, thus easing the burden on us.

Your methodology, technical approach and management planning provided for a very successful. "Coastal Conflagration", the Island Evacuation Tabletop Exercise. This exercise included more participants than we have ever had for any event in the last 4 years.

We appreciate all you efforts in assisting Franklin County Emergency Management, and look forward to working with you again in 2010.
